He holds a degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (UCA) + Executive Development Program (PDD - IAE) and currently serves as Founding Partner of Aram Israelian Consulting, working with owners and executives of family-owned industrial SMEs who feel that daily management overwhelms them and want to return to leading with clarity and results. He integrates strategy, management, and people to achieve efficiency, control, and profitable growth. He stands out for providing strategic vision in operational transformation and industrial processes with a strong focus on management control and profitability. He has a marked commercial strategy and market development expertise. Extensive experience in change management, leading multidisciplinary teams with results orientation and focus on people.
